Delivery — fast, tracked, anywhere in Pakistan

We dispatch your order within 24 hours via courier partners (TCS, M&P, Leopards) to every major city and tehsil in Pakistan. Delivery times and charges are detailed below.

1. Delivery times

Note: "Dispatched in 24 hours" is the time we hand the parcel over to the courier.

2. Shipping charges

3. Tracking

We send the tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS as soon as the order is dispatched. You can check live status on the courier's website.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available across Pakistan.
• Pay the courier rider in cash — exact change preferred.
• No extra charges for COD orders.

5. Failed or missed deliveries

• The courier attempts delivery twice. If both fail, the order is returned to us.
• For a returned order, reverse-shipping (Rs. 200) is deducted if you were unable to accept COD.
• Always provide a working phone number and correct address.

6. International shipping

We currently deliver only within Pakistan. For overseas shipping, please contact us on WhatsApp.
