We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If there's an issue, read the conditions below and get in touch within 7 days.

1. 7-day return window

You can return your order within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The pack is sealed and untouched.
  • The outer packaging is not damaged.
  • The original invoice/receipt is included.

2. When a refund is not possible

  • Pack has been opened or used (for hygiene reasons).
  • More than 7 days have passed.
  • The product was damaged by accident or misuse.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.

3. Received a damaged or wrong product?

If you received a damaged, expired, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will:

  • Send a free replacement, or
  • Give a full refund (your choice).
  • Ask for a short unboxing video/photo as proof.

4. How to return

Contact us

Send your order number, the problem, and a photo via WhatsApp or email.

Get approval

We will approve and share pickup instructions within 24 hours.

Send the product back

Ship it sealed to our return address. Reverse shipping (Rs. 200) is deducted from the refund (not in the case of damaged products).

Refund processing

After the product is checked, the refund is credited to your JazzCash/EasyPaisa/bank account within 5–7 working days.

5. Refund methods

  • JazzCash/EasyPaisa: to the number you provided at order time.
  • Bank Transfer: to the account you specify.
  • COD orders: refunded via JazzCash/EasyPaisa — your choice.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it at no charge. After that, the order will already have been dispatched.
